![]() Let's understand education. No I have an MBA and I could not pass that test. However if you gave me some time to study each subject I would pass it with flying colors. That is the meaning of education. I could answer some of those questions but certainly not get a passing grade, if I did not study the subjects currently.
Those kids in that time period studied those questions and subjects. Kids today study similar subjects, I think. Although they spend to much time with calculators and do not learn math the old way which is best. Today I, of course, use calculators. But I can tell when an answer is wrong. Because I learned the old way. If kids would study the same subjects some would pass the test even in today's world. |

![]() Clearly understand, I'm not down on education. I'm down on education that limits children from knowing how to be an asset to themselves, their community and their nation at the elementry levels.
When you have to wait until you are an adult, to learn how to make money, then the previous education was only designed to fill your head with information. If that information isn't designed to direct the individual on how to profit from it, where it supports them financially, then the information is only a filler of space. Education is not just the practice of learning facts, it must also be the function of putting those facts into action so that the learner sees and experiences the benefit of how the facts can earn them a good, not meager, living. We do not want to raise our children to merely know historical or academic facts and knowledge. We want them to know how to use this information to profit from. ![]() Here is few things our educations system is failing at teaching.
They have no fast reading courses. The have no memory courses. The don't teach business profit methods or even business. I took accounting in high school, College and for my MBA I just took a bunch of business courses. One was marketing. The instructor did not have an of the works of Jay Abraham but wanted to see my stuff. I never gave to him. He did know about Abraham but that is not enough. Only when I studied people like Jay Abraham, Dan S. Kennedy, and Gary Halbert. Plus the old guru, Hopkins, John Kennedy, and Robert Collier, and many many more current living and dead guru's. Then I really knew business: Accounting and Marketing. I also read negotation books and even took one in graduate school by an attorney. I read Tom Hopkins selling books and his methods. Only now can I say I know business. I read speed reading and memory books too. I know Evelyn Woods methods that she learn by accident. I know Harry Loyrane Methods of memory. I guess you would say I am a big reader. I do still have a problem with my english even though I was born and raised in America. |
