Default My opinion
I would take my business elsewhere. It
seems this person is more concerned about
their own schedule and time.

My theory is this: If you are having this
many problems before the product is produced,
what will happen when you need help at another
critical time in the process?

Aargh....this customer service "sucks!...
and now millions of people will know about it...
