login problem

Dien, I have tried numerous times to login using my regular login that I had been using before my computer went crazy (and me with it) but it refuses every possible variation. Shall I register again or what?

Hi Sandi,

Your username was "Sandi Bowman" (without the quotes). I can't look up passwords (the software doesn't let me see them), however, if you go to this page

put in the email address you used when you registered, and it will send you email to that email address, telling you your username and also how to reset your password.

Alternatively, while I can't see whatever password you chose, I can change it to something else. If you need me to, I can change your password to something and email it to you. Or, if you're having trouble accessing the email address you used when you registered, I can change it to something else too. Just send me an email to [email protected] if you have any problems.

Dien, it's a done deal. I didn't forget my login...I had changed it and was trying to use the new one. Your system apparently reverted back to the old one. I now have a combination of old and new after changing the password from the one sent. FYI
