It was Michael Gerber how said work on the business not in it.

Basically they only way I know is to delegate. And that is hard. No one wanted to work for what they bring in. And that is the only way I would delegate.

I tried to get some students the wanted paid learning and getting their own clients they could not do, even if I taught them that.

Your so right, Jim. I love to hear more of what you think. You got it right.

Michael Gerber has many things on his site to help with this. Yes, you have to put everything in writing which is a job in it self. I policy book is recommended.
