When I use the term, "It does not take MONEY to make MONEY!"....I am using the word "Money" in a "comparative" form.
Starting a business project with $20, to me, is "NO Money"!... .... COMPARATIVELY! Even though 20 bux is...."money"....it is LOW money compared to BIG Money of a few thousand to start a business program. So....if I had said, "It does not take "BIG" money to make "Big" money!" you would probably not have "parsed" my comments. Or...if I had said..."It takes LITTLE Money to make GOOD money!"...these phrases possibly wouldn't have clicked into your "radar" to cause you to respond on this point. Don Alm....
