I'm doing much the same as I have every fall since 1987 - selling and preparing to sell more promotional products to customers old and new.

I am working smarter, rather than harder. I now have software to prepare my quotes and presentations, so I appear more professional than I did previously.

Taking care of customers, means doing right by them, so they'll continue to do business with me. I have clients who have been doing business with me for 22 years, and hope to see that increase to double the number of "house" acounts.
