I really liked your reviews on landing pages. I revised my landing page after I read it.

I hope you and other members can take a peek at it and let me know if it is now set to convert well.

P.S. I was not sure whether I should add my picture to the page as well, or will it look too crowded? I already have it on my home page and my about us page. Does a picture on a landing page improve conversion much?

Did you respond to the confirmation email to your inbox? It is a double opt-in process.

If you've tried everything and it still doesn't work, then just write me with the email address you want submitted and I will do it manually. You will then start getting the newsletters and the stuff promised on the form.

I tried to sign up also, and when I clicked submit it returned...

"The admin ID is not defined"

I did not recieve a confirmation email either.

I'm just writing to say a big THANK YOU!

Why?

(1) Because of the advice I received on this board, I got three JV projects going. One, has just completed and it paid in spades. The other two are in progress.

Lesson learned: it really pays to network with others and work as a team to create a marketing result.

(2) Because I asked for a critique of my landing page, two members tested the system and found a glitch in the email delivery mechanism. This was something that I had not even noticed because I was so busy focusing on the copy. Well, it's now fixed and everything is running well. Who knows how many opt-in subscribers I must have lost forever? Well, anyway, at least the problem was identified and fixed and the leak that was unobtrusively sinking the ship has now been discovered and plugged.

Lesson learned: it really pays to ask for feedback because other people notice things that completely escaped you.

Anyway, I just want to thank you for your immense help.
