Sorry to hear about your experience with World Wide Lists,,,,,I have not personally used that company,,,,,,but my experience with buying lists has been similar......unresponsive, with lots of bounced email.

There are many ways to build lists, and sounds like you have tryed many of them too.

What is your current primary business?

I like many others have tryed PPC, and free ad techniques,,,,,It is all about conversion,,,,,no matter what the source do they generate more revenue than they cost,,,,,,,,I blend lots of different advertising methods in my list building strategies .....SEO, PPC, Traffic exchanges, article, forums, etc etc, and track the results,,,,,and drop those that do not respond, and convert
