How would you handle this Spam Arrest fiasco?

Michael suggestion is first line of attack.

Second would be a WHOIS lookup there should be email contact and phone listed there.

Rules say they are supposed to be legitimate contact points, but as we know unscrupulous people won't post real emails or phome #'s in their domain registrations.
