It may be a little bit painful to make these mistakes (and the most pain may come from those around you - the "I told you so" comments from those who haven't even tried to be independent).... But if you dust yourself off and keep going, I believe that practically anyone can succeed in business. :) By the way, Jim, I bought your "Local Christmas Book Project" ebook - there were some great ideas in there, that you could adapt to many other things too....
