The Master Pictogrigm MAY make a little more sense to some of you now. (Mitch and others).

Wait a minute. I'm more handsome than that guy in the pictogrigm. Or at least that's what Madi says (my 4 year old daughter) and she should know.
But seriously. You can pick on me all you want Gordon, i've got big shoulders.

I believe we all have the potential to be great. Great, that is, according to our own definition. But I believe that people like myself have a fear of failing, even if failing doesn't really mean failing. Now i'm the first one to find many reasons for something not to work or to talk myself out of something before I even realize I wanted it. But I do believe it's time for me to step up and take some swings. Even if it means doing something uncomfortable like selling something to someone.

The idea of "selling" has always been a thorn to me. I've always been in the engineering or human resources corporate environment and that didn't require any strong sells ability. But i've come to realize the limitations on this type of environment and these limitations do not provide what I want.

So in short, it's showtime for ole Mitch. Do or die, let's go swim with the sharks.
