I really agree with a lot of what you say. This is not surguey. As for the agreement, I find that people put way too much time into this subject. I have been renting homes out for over 11 years. I used to have some super long lease. Now, mine is a simple one page agreement. I think short sweet and to the point is best. Now, as for giving the signs to the resturaunt. I think that a better way, would be to lease the space from the resturant for x amount of dollars a year, maybe $200 a year or the price of one ad. Then the owner stil feels like they are getting something out of the deal and you make the lions share of the profit. What are your thoughts? Tim Jensen |
