That sounds like an outstanding idea. A free board and 200-300 dollar payment per year and all he has to do is use the thing. If I owned a restaurant I'd go for it. I'm with you. While Gordon Alexander's post was good I would think that just handing over everything to the restaurant owner after a year would be screwing yourself out of some very lucrative future earnings on each board.
