That sounds like an outstanding idea. A free board and 200-300 dollar payment per year and all he has to do is use the thing. If I owned a restaurant I'd go for it.

I'm with you. While Gordon Alexander's post was good I would think that just handing over everything to the restaurant owner after a year would be screwing yourself out of some very lucrative future earnings on each board. Once you got it placed and all the advertisers signed on the hard part would for the most part be over and it would pretty much be on auto pilot the following years and not have to continualy be placing new boards and lining up all new advertisers.
