You know why you scare me, because you think a lot like me. :) You are right when you say there is no right or wrong way. What I should have posted is something to the effect that if you want to have residual income, you may want to lease the space from the owner. I can undetrstand why you just want to get in then out. As for you doing it. I think that is impressive. I consider myself a doer too. We are a rare breed. Now, I have a question for you? 1) Have you noticed that the people who tell you how to do things better don't usually do anything at all? IE- I am told how to better manage my rentals by people who have never owned rentals in their life. Take Care, Tim Jensen |
