![]() First off, congratulations Raymond on creating
your own information products - great to see new products emerging in innovative areas. Is there a market for your topics - absolutely. What's interesting is that your first product would likely benefit from an offline marketing campaign - as a good deal of the interest will likely come from those either not on the internet or not looking on the internet. Testing local newspapers, legitimate biz opps magazines, direct mail lists, even reprint rights licensing to specific joint venture partners would be good places to start. If you don't want to print the report/book then you could put it on a CD-ROM and market it that way as a physical product. Your second opportunity would definitely appeal to the internet business seeker crowd. In addition to the excellent advice given, here are a few other techniques to get good jump out of the gate: - setup affiliate program, there are tons of quality sites that make their money from listing business idea information for a portion of profits on every sale. - write articles for ezines, you will have a ton to choose from since your product overlaps automotive, franchise, biz opps, internet marketing areas. - develop press release for your product with a catchy spin, submit one per week to various sites, newspapers, and other media outlets. - develop a free report, newsletter, etc... to build your opt-in list, this will be the main source of future product sales. Cheers...
