I'd be interested in pursuing this further, perhaps by e-mail.

I don't think it's a topic to discuss AT the adsales community. Having built the member's area (taking 9 months longer than planned)we now want to build a front end which leads people to join. At the moment we just have a few conventional pages.

It will probably take several tries to get the front-end conversational sales path 'right' so we plan to make a start by throwing up an outline and the beginnings of the road on another site (Lycos?)

I guess it could take about 90 pages to complete (of which any single visitor would only see 5 or 6 before coming to the 'Join Now' page.)

Happy to share with you how we get on with the project, and invite your input and ideas. We could do it via this discussion board or a spin-off, or privately by e-mail.

It's up to Dien and yourself.
