![]() When I list an auction I include a statement that anyone with a Feedback rating of (-1) or less may not bid on the auction. If they do, I go in and cancel their bid.
Now that the auction has closed use the ebaY "Non-Paying Bidder Alert" described below (from ebaY' Policy): ----------------------------- Non-Paying Bidder Policy Step 3: File a Non-Paying Bidder Alert What to do Let's say you contacted the high bidder and sent a payment reminder (Step 2), but still didn't get a response, or you suspect you may not receive payment. File a Non-Paying Bidder Alert. eBay will then send an email to you and your high bidder reminding them to pay you and informing them of the consequences if they don't send payment. When to do it To be eligible to collect a Final Value Fee credit, you must complete the Non-Paying Bidder Alert form at least 7 days but not more than 45 days after your listing closes. -------------------------------- Good luck, -Dave Info Creation and Marketing |
