900 number and boxes

I found 900 numbers still being sold. Prices are costly but they do all the work. However, there are laws because of the misuse by fake psychics and porno 900 numbers. I don't see them advertised on tv anymore. Maybe in magazines but I don't recall.

Now Phil I think talked about 100 voice digetal box. He did not say if it was a one time fee, monthly or yearly. Now did he give an url. Can you help with these questions Phil?
