A note about 10 Day Projects

All the while I was reviewing with much interest the course "10 Days to Success" that Gordon and Rick created, it never dawned on me what a profound effect a simple 10 day project has had on my life. As a matter of fact, it just dawned on me while reading one of the posts on this board.

A few years ago I was grasping, trying to find an information product that I could market. I wrote a little booklet on the kitchen table mailorder business, and as a means of selling some backend products I wrote a number of small reports that I intended to sell the reprint rights to.

One of these reports was a little 25 page report that I created on starting a backyard nursery. I put it together in just a few days because my intention at the time was to sell the reprint rights to others.

Having never tested the product myself, I decided that I would place a small classified in a magazine just to see if I would get any takers.

The $192. ad brought in $700.

Realizing that people were interested in buying this information I decided to market it myself and not sell the reprint rights.

The product, that I created in less than 10 days, has earned me tens of thousands of dollars, has been the marketing tool that has sold hundreds and hundreds of videos and books, made me semi-famous in more than two countries, is responsible for the success of two websites, with a couple more just waiting to be launched, and lead Gordon Alexander to my front door.

So here's my question?

Is it really possible to create a hot selling product in 10 days or less?

I didn't post this message to brag. I posted it to inspire those who are struggling to find their way, and to remind them that all it really takes is a simple product with a unique twist, and you can be on the wildest roller coaster ride of your life, laughing and screaming all the way.

Rick and Gordon are making you a very interesting offer. Don't pass it up.

Remember, I took $192. of grocery money and threw it at a classified ad on a long shot.

Did I do so with optimisim?

Not really, I had already run lots of ads that lost money. I really didn't have any reason to believe this was the one that would change my life.

None the less, I took the shot and it went in.
