NO BLATANT ADS PLEASE
I for one am guilty of such practices. And I know others as well. I'm not proud so i'll share some insights. Example, right now i'm looking at a potential venture that provides a modern day "Think and Grow Rich" type success course complete with analysis of modern day icons. It's really powerful. I would like to market and facilitate this via a telephonic class where participants call in and have sort of a round table discussion (60-90 Minutes) about each weekly module.
In fact I just posted something relating to this at another forum and came here to read your post.
I've got the whole thing figured out how to do and make some good income doing something I love and has high value. Here's where it alway's goes bad for me. I ask myself "How are you going to market this?" That's where I get cold feet. With no clear plan to market or knowledge in doing so I fear spending/wasting hard earned money doing the testing. And this seems to be a pattern i've developed over the years.
Now i'm a great idea man but when it comes to doing it I get so close and then fear takes it's toll. And I do believe it's because of the fear of no marketing plan.
OK, i've spilled my fear and have totally exposed myself. But hey if I can overcome/learn to address this it's worth it.
