Default Creative Package Idea

Hi Everyone,

If you had a hair salon business and wanted to offer a killer package that would give customers such a great deal many of them could not pass up,
what are some of the package ideas you could come up with?

Thanks in advance and happy July 4th.

Default Adding value to your offer through joint ventures....

Hi Mark,

I don't know if this helps....

I just received a letter from a "men's only" barber a few days ago. Last time I had a haircut, they asked me if I could put my name and details down on a list.... The offer was I could get a chance to win a year of free hair cuts. I thought "sure", so I did so. (The real reason I joined was I was curious what they would send me....)

This is the result.... They've finally sent me a little "package" in the mail....

It looks like they're doing some kind of "joint venture" with a nightclub and bar & grill. From their letter, I have a "VIP Invitation" to a "VIP night" at this particular bar & grill. They've even sent me my own laminated "retail star partner membership card" at this particular bar & grill too, and I have a sticker for the barber which I can stick on my car as well!

Anyhow, what's happening seems to be that the bar & grill has paid the barber to use their list, to promote their stuff to me, or they're doing some kind of deal where they promote each other.... But, what this sparked in my mind is that....

A "killer package" for a hair salon doesn't just have to be "hair" stuff. If you joint venture, you can offer several other things which could be free to you.... For example, you could do a deal with the local swimming pool, so that your customers get free day at the pool, and the pool customers get some kind of discount at your hair salon. That way, you both win (since you can both increase your customers), and your customers win too!

Just trying to think a little "outside of the box".... :)
