I've seen the light!!!

I have been in an MLM business for almost 3 years now with minimum success. I won't go into the gory details but I have over 40 people in my downline. I have always thought of this business as a sales and marketing business as my previous training has all been in traditional sales.

This week I read a very informative ebook which literally slapped me in the face. The ebook convinced me that my business is NOT a sales business. It's a PEOPLE business!!

I've been expecting my people to succeed with little or no help from me. That was wrong. I'm now in the process of appologizing to them for this attitude and offering my traiining and mentorship to help THEM succeed.

To many here this is not new. To me it is.
