Question About Chatteling

Hello, just a few questions:

Is chatteling a good thing to get into if I don't have much money right now to purchase items. In other words, I'm sure it would be great if you could spend hundreds here and there and then wait to sell the items, but what if you don't?

Are there special strategies to use for this situation?

Will Gordon Alexander's program be helpful regarding this?
