![]() I just finished "Fly Low, Collect the Dough" and it got me to thinking. Thinking HARD.
I have to admit it. I have missed something that has been in front of me for a long time. I think I chose to ignore it. Probably dirty, stinking PRIDE. Anyway, the whole idea of doing small, consistent things on a daily basis while building income is one of the biggest secrets in plain sight I have missed. We all like to hit home runs and balls out of the park. I have always liked to get the corporate speaking gigs that make lots of money....however, my bread and butter when I was strickly a performer was birthdays, after dinner gigs, and small schools. Imagine doing 5 small shows in a day.... It adds up. And so I come back to the beginning. Doing smaller talks, selling low-cost info items, even doing a small magic show now and again.... all adds up. Thanks Gordon, I owe you. Millard |
