Need help with starting business.?

My daughter and I are Independent Designers with a company that sells jewelry. We do parties and individual sales. We need to make it as easy as possible to keep up with our inventory and anything else we need to keep up with. If you can help please do. Is there any program that would have what we would need? We are just starting so we are still small. Thanks for any help!!!
