Here's an article on an industry that is experiencing record growth
in a stagnant economy.

Smaller cities across US opening high-tech crime centers

I predict, in some areas, this will be the number one growth industry.
It won't be discussed as such, in the media, though.

No sign that the growth will ever slow down either, as it's publicly funded.
