I'm gonna help my Dad and Uncle in managing their restaurant. Btw, we are specializing Arabic food and some Eastern Europe cuisines. Anyway, since my Dad and my Uncle have decided to expand the business by adding 2 more branches, I suggested that we also upgrade the current procedures we have. I'm recommending to make everything standard and all documented. We want to make sure that every staff is implementing strictly the procedures. This is of course to ensure the food safety and achieve customer's satisfaction. Anyway, sorry for the long intro...I already contacted a few software providers and some offered a food safety management system. However, before jumping to a decision, I wanted to hear some of your opinions. If you happen to work in a food chain or restaurant, may I know if you also using the same system? Are they cost-effective? Let me know your thoughts. Thanks.
