The best example I've got is my brother who puts together deals with nothing but his brains and his blue pen.
He doesn't hold on to them. He doesn't rent them out or rehab.
He simply finds the deals, writes them up and sells the contracts to the people who want to rehab or landlord or whatever.
Deals where he makes 50K seem to happen almost weekly.

Is this the same as taking out an option on a house? That is, paying the house owner an amount of money for the option, then selling the option to someone else?
I understand that can be done with very little "money down". Though the laws regarding options on property seem to vary from place to place...
