On Friday May 12th Bob contacted me, said he had to be sitting for awhile and he tackled the idea in the P.S.

I loved what he did, and yesterday, I wrote a promotion, we exchanged notes and today it is for sale. NOT perfect, but in the market place.

They don't call me THE FLASH Gordon for nothing. I like speed, then perfection.

So that is how this one PRODUCT came about. Here is what I would do, maybe.

I see on this PICTOGRIGM, what we renamed the INFLUENCER TOOL KIT, several other specialty reports.

I would take each of the 5 areas on the Maslow Pyramid and write a quick down and dirty report showing some examples of products, promotions and people who need or would want this information.

Then, I would have 6 pieces of the puzzle, all can be stand alone, smaller products, or combined into a higher priced product.

I am showing you all this, because, you ALL have some stored value, or even in Bob's case, he had some time and took the challenge. Now he has a very nice, high quality product I hope he leverages out on.

Default Brainstorming other niches, uses, markets.

Some minor modifications, and this could be presented to any of those niches:
Copywriters. Marketers. Salespeople. Influencers. Coaches, etc., etc.

The basic PictoGram could remain mostly the same, with some specific verbiage on it for any given niche. Then the bullet points would be THAT niche specific.

So now you have ONE product, and with very targeted marketing, you can expand sales. You can in effect, write ONE promotion, tweak and test it for the many niches and basically sell the same product over and over.

This is what Chase Revel did in his early days of ENTREPRENEUR MAGAZINE, he had one basic business course, and he wrapped the specific business idea around it. Worked pretty well too.

Eventually, you could buy just the new thing, didn't need five, or ten copies of the same business report.

Leverage your work. Make it work. Allow one thing to serve many different markets, because after all...marketing/selling HOW TO applies across the board, only the "wrapper" needs to be different.

Anyone getting ideas? What Bob did for the POP, you are all free to do the same thing for other GJA SQI PictoGrigms, Pictograms and Diagrigms too.

Here's another example...

He used Sun Tzu to help him get that growth...

After he sold the company, he turned to Sun Tzu's "Art of War" again... and produced his own translation...

But, not just one translation.

Default An awesome tool is one that is used.

Thanks Dien, great example.

And using Public Domain is brilliant too. Anyone could have done that, but he DID it.

So far, we've gotten "read only" feedback on the INFLUENCER'S TOOL KIT, which is fine for what it is...but it is a tool.

And for tools to have value, they have to be used. I've used the POP (basis for the ITK) for decades, in fact on May 20, this coming Sat. It will mark the 30th anniversary of the completion of the original 12 PictoGrigms of the GJA SQUARE ONE WORKSHOPS.

Thinking of something or someway to celebrate.

Using the POP has produced truckloads of moolah, and many great relationships too. I think the ITK that Bob did has huge potential, once it gets used.

So, YESTERDAY, May 16, 2023 I ask Bob to make a short audio recording, just telling his story, of seeing my post and what he did once he decided to do it.

He sent it to me last night, this morning I used a few different AI tools, the voice to text, and so far otter is my choice, I am trying Google but so far, I am not a fan.

Anyhow, got the text done this am, did a few minutes editing, and by tonight Bob will have ANOTHER product he can use.

Sure, he's not going to get rich quick off of any of these, but he went from IDEA to SALES (money in his pocket) in less than a week.

And if he continues to build around his core (which he has a few of) interests, and expands his family of products, he will get onto that 5k a month Automatic Product Vending train before the year is out.

Why not you?

Today, I will be making (or rather AI will make it) a short video to introduce the whole concept.

Bob and I are working on a product which has mass market, corporate potential. The kit has evolved even more.

Just yesterday, we learned how someone is using AI to generate parts of a customer AVATAR, I say parts, because, I felt it left off some important data points. Knowing demographics and even PREOCCUPATIONS is a large part of it all, but the rest of the equation is knowing where your target is, and when and how to BREAK their current preoccupation.


The TOOL we are creating is going to give people a time saving instrument that could turn a total newbie in say, copywriting, into someone who is able to craft winning promotions simply by using our tool. I think there is a pretty big market for this tool.

Ideas have to be acted on...adjustments made, continuous advancement in the direction of the goal and constant feedback from the market.

We still don't have even 90 days invested, which I think is remarkable, however, not surprised when there is practical movement toward the tip of the Pyramid of Achievement.

Glad you liked it, hope you get some good use out of it.

Keep it simple, silly. Or, don't create a lot of slop and mess.

I think Bob and I have created a great tool. But what we think does not matter.

We took the POP, the PictoGrigm Of Persuasion, the Bob one, and on the back we put the AVATAR WORKSHEET, where, eventually, it can be a wipe on wipe off tool in the arsenal of salespeople, copywriters, writers and anyone with a TARGET audience in mind.

But in the meantime, there is no reason not to offer it, as soon as I get it segmented.

The front is the Bob POP. The back is now the PERFECT PROSPECT PROFILER.

The PROFILER includes demographic info, Maslow Pyramid of needs, Prospect awareness and a check list.

Each of these will be custom tailored to the markets with additional material.

For a very short time, I'll send this to you, just send me an email and agree to send me feedback. I think it may become one of the most used tools in influence/persuasion/sales ever.
