Okay, I could handle everything here and you could sell it from your web site too.... In this kind of arrangement (a non-exclusive one, because I wouldn't have any exclusivity) I'd pay 50% royalty to you per copy that I sold....

If you gave me an exclusive (that is, I am the only one selling it online), I'd pay you a 70% royalty....

But nevertheless, I'm still happy to help you too with creating a PDF file, no strings attached.... :)
