![]() 1) Go to your website RIGHT NOW. Take out line that says you are an "EXPERT MARKETER". You are not, and you're only hurting yourself by claiming to be. An "Expert Marketer" does not go from forum to forum asking people how to market!
2) Forget your "Masters". (By the way, in less than 15-minutes I found every one of your books for sale on the Internet. As one would expect, the hard copies are more expensive than your digital versions.) What you need to do, (If you have the right to ,) is re-write these books. Shave them down, break them into smaller books, reports, lessons, etc. Quit trying to convince people about how great these authors are/were. I don't care who your authors are/were, Joe. What I DO care about, and what every potential client of yours cares about is.. What will your books do for me? Make me younger, smarter, prettier, stronger, sexier, richer? Post after post you start spouting.. Sell the Sizzle. Joe, you are NOT selling the sizzle. What you're trying to do is say. "Hey. I like what this guy wrote. Buy this book because I spent $15 to get it converted." So again, FIX YOUR WEBSITE. If you can't do it, can your son? If not, hire it done. NOW. Barring this, take it down until you can get it fixed. The longer you leave it up, the more damage it will do to your efforts and your reputation as a marketer. These are FACTS, Joe. They are not attempts to be "mean" as you and others have said. If you can't step back, see for yourself the problems that have been pointed out and fix them, you need to hang it up. You've tried to long-jump, Joe. You should have mastered the baby steps first. I'm betting that Wheeler, Halderman-Julius, et al start providing their lessons from point "A", not point "Z". Pete |
