Good idea and keep in mind Marketers can Sample just about anything these days... If you're looking at getting into Trade shows and can't afford the High priced shows... Consider Doing something Totally different... Pennies on the dollar to get into many of the Specialty Trade shows... I used to Market High end Gourmet specialty Food... That's People food... At Cat fancier shows...  Some one's got to feed the Breeders... http://www.cfainc.org/exhibitors/show-schedule.html Our Samples stood out like a sore thumb... Opened up some Great conversations and Sold like Hot cakes... Shipped cases all over the US... Look for Niche marketplaces where people are Passionate about their interests... Get into their Network(s) and introduce them to Quality stuff that they'll Love...  The proof is in the pudding... And homemade energy bars...
