![]() Hi,
Thanks for the info, Gordon and John, I've bookmarked and filed away your pointers for future use. I found the book using Dien's method, actually, but decided not to buy it. The book was called "How To Pay Your Bills Supernaturally" and when I caught the tail-end of a commercial advertising it I smiled real big and said "I must know what they put into a book with that title!" I did a quick newsgroup search, as Dien suggested, and quickly found the author's name, as well as links to an archive of parodies of Jack T. Chick's tracts. Since I wasn't familiar with Chick I then looked at the business he built and the real tracts he produced over the last 40 years. I also found some links to articles about the Faith Movement that told me stuff I was amazed at. Anyway, I decided against purchasing the "Supernatural" book for various reasons, though if I see a copy at Abebooks I'll probably grab it. Thanks so much, y'all for the information you gave me! It's been an eye-opening day on the net. Best, -Boyd |
