Here's something related, from the archives...

Buying and selling unneeded cemetery plots for profit!

Often people will buy several plots as a "couple" or a "family." Sometimes, some of these plots are no longer needed, due to divorce, relocation, etc.

One guy buys these unneeded cemetery plots, then resells them at a profit...
