You asked: Tom, "Are you Absolutely Sure about that? ...  " Yuuup, I'm absolutely sure about that. When I lived about 50 mis away I had to go to both Oakland and SF once a month. Back in the 80's these places were relatively safe. Today, the whole dynamic has become skewered. This ain't a political forum so I'll spare my thought theology in that arena and just say if you plan on visiting either area, rethink your plans. I looked at my geo location on Steve's site one more time this a.m. and I'm still in Oakland. Oh well, at least its virtual. I hope Steve's venture makes him a fortune. Tom
