Default Re: Stepping out of that Comfort Zone into the New Era of your life!

Dien,

Thanks so much for the advice. And believe me when I say I listened. Last week,I made a call (my first solo call, actually) to a woman interested in learning about my business. At the end of the presentation she was not on the line. I assumed she hung up. After all, that's what my upline said would probably happen. I stepped out of my comfort zone yesterday and emailed her. I said I had assumed she hung up and told her I was new and to please write back and tell me what exactly she didn't like, so I could improve my communication with people. I also mentioned that she must love cats (based on her email address @catlovers). I love cats too. SHE WROTE BACK LAST NIGHT! She said we got cutoff and is still interested in the business. She proceeded to tell me about her love of cats! It was great. I had such an awakening. It is all about relationships and trust. Even if she decides this is not the right timing for her to start a home business, we have developed a relationship! That is truly doing what I love. I can feel the passion even as I write this.

As for Sowpub, I am very grateful it isn't like the other forums. It is what marketing is truly about. Learning about yourself, and becoming better.

Thanks so much, Dien!

Warm regards,

Jill
