The virus reported to us yesterday was a hoax.* What the virus alert actually did was to get you to delete a necessary operating file from your C-Drive.* The file needs to be restored. To do so: 1.* Click START - RUN, type SFC and hit ENTER 2.* In the "Specify the system file you would like to restore" field, type C:WINDOWSCOMMANDSULFNBK.EXE and hit ENTER 3.* In the RESTORE FROM field, type, C:WINDOWSOPTIONSCABS 4.* Click OK and continue with the restore function Hope this helps.
