As Dien would say, learn by doing. Gather your "junk", take a pic, put it on your local craigslist under the BARTER section, see what offers, if any, you get.

The thing is, barter is just another way of exchanging value. All that VOLUME of content doesn't do you any good, until acted on.

Start small, make a few transactions, with what you have, where you are, and grow from there. Remember that guy who started with a paper clip and wound up with a house?

It sounds, perhaps, you want to pole vault over the baby steps, a good way to end up on your head. IF your bartering starts to get complicated, cause some of those courses are pretty convoluted, then just ask yourself if this is an effective use of your time.
