It has to do with the SELF-SCHEMA AND Primary Preoccupations. To my knowledge I'm the only person teaching the use of a pre occupational interrupter.

I believe attention is rapidly becoming harder to get and hold, in the selling process. Anyhow, all this is covered in the work.

I have several choices, could do a VIDEO, although I'm not fond of doing them OR watching them, an audio you can load on your phone and go stepping off your daily exercise, OR

do my usual PDF. But I'd like some feedback.

Which way would your prefer to receive this new information?

Thanks for your input.

PS. This is not for the weak, it talks candidly about manipulating emotional states and agitating deep fears and stimulating buried ideas. It will not be for everyone.

Personally, I would like an audio version and a pdf. I like the audio version like you said because you can listen to it on the go but I also like the text because I can highlight instead of writing down notes which is way quicker. Having both would make it easier to study for people who like going over material multiple times.

Another thought I had while reading this is perhaps an audio with a short study guide or work book instead of transcribing the whole audio.
