Joe, I don't know for sure, but I thought with MS Word you could just save the file as an HTML document. Or better yet, since you have it in word don't use an E-book compiler at all and just convert it to a PDF file. On my website I have a page about creating E-books, and I have a link to a free PDF converter on that page. To be honest I don't remember the name of it.
