![]() Hi Boyd,
My feeling with downloadable info-products is that, it's just a matter of people getting used to them.... The advantages are instant access and viewing. They are also portable... If you've ever lugged around a case full of books, you know what I mean! I've done it, and I value reports which I can take with me on a floppy disk or burn on to a CD-ROM.... :) With The Great Ideas Letter, we've experimented with a new format - newsletters in PDF format, delivered by email. So far, it seems to be working great, and it's a success! :) So, my views are that the future of downloadable products seems bright - ESPECIALLY if the information is time-sensitive. This could occur with some newsletters, where a delay in postage could make a difference in the value of the information. A daytrading-related newsletter could fall into that category, for example.... - Dien Rice |
