Hi Glenn, I don't think I made myself clear.

For every 3 calls I make I get one to make a booking right then but most of them can only get their family members all together on the weekends. That’s not bad considering that each session is worth about $500 to us. On average only one in three turns our offer down. One makes a booking and the third wants to book but needs to get everyone to have a look at their work schedule and come up with a day and time they can all make it. That’s usually on a weekend. We would like to do more sessions on weekdays because it’s no problem getting them to come in on the weekend.
