But with Media backgrounds... And Many years in the Newspaper industry...
We both know that there are All kinds of Local opportunities just waiting to be Tapped...
My Suggestion would be Think and Focus on Niche groups of people & Interests...
Local Boomers... Seniors... Sports... Crime... Life... Business... Hobbies... Real Estate... Finance & Money... Women... Tweens... Golfers... Luxury... etc. etc. Publications well Nichified...
As Woody recommended Do some Good research...

Especially as the Green World keeps on Growing!
