I always Test everything I sell.

What "My" BUM is doing you cannot get arrested for. I tried it. By gum
it works.

I've almost finished outlining the STREET BUM Sales Letter. Here's how it
starts out.

With a Poem.

I borrowed copywriting ideas from Gary Halbert - A Grabber

Joe Sugarman - 3 acts

Ted Nicholas - write the Order Form/Table of Contents - FIRST

To Create My Own Copywriting Template.

Step II - Create an ATTN GRABBER to go above the HEadline

Step III - Outline the 3 parts of the sales letter body

Step IV - Write the Order Form/Table of Contents

Step V - Finish Step III - write it

Wait a few hours.

Then read it out loud and fix any mistakes. Add Subheads.

As you know, I bought your "Greased Pig Fast Writing System" (link to sales page, I'm not an affiliate) several years ago, and I have used it successfully! What you share here also adds to what I learned there (plus giving a good example)...

I've long been a "fan" of your stuff... It's "different" from the standard boring stuff, but obviously, it works...!

Default Today I Wrote the Book & The Sales Letter

Thanks Dien,

Ok.

Thanks to my "Greased Pig Speed Writing System" we're done.

After the "BUM BOOK" tested or tied for #1 - Three Times.

a - Here at sowpub
b - to a few dozen VIP's
c - To my ezine list

I wrote the sales letter and the book in 48 hrs.

Usually I can do it faster.

Because Testing to my list I don't have to wait for OPINIONS.
Everybody LUVS to get their Opinions LISTENED to.

Sowpub was slower.

Anyway.

All done.

Now I'm waiting for my webmaster Chris - to get back from his weekend
trip and post the "BUM BOOK" offer on my archive.

I'll share that link here when
I get it.

P.S. - This has worked out very well because I hadn't considered writing
an audiobook about "What I Learned From 400 mil mentor Jim Straw..."

And since that is TIED (Same # of votes) with the BUM BOOK.

I'll do that project next.

people Like Steve Jobs and Richard Branson.

Thanks for noticing the importance of the poems as a GRABBER.
Poetry at the top of a sales letter Always Gets Better Response.

In my tests Goofy Poems GET READ - and then so does the REST
of the letter.

What you do is write a list of words IN ADVANCE.

There once was a Guy From Mumbai,
Who Took a swat at a Fly,
Then Accidentally sat in a Cherry Pie,
He let out a big Sigh,

I wish that Fly would just Die.

Obviously it's much easier to write silly poetry.

But.

If you make your word lists on a specific topic
You can target what you want to say.

And WHY Might You Make The Effort,
To Resort,
To a Poem,
Rather than stay safe at Home,
With a Regular Headline?
Because Everyone says it's Fine.

But I DARE YOU To Stop,
Reading when you Hop,
Into a Letter that Starts w/a Rhythm,
You Can't Stop - isn't it Sublime?

Plus Eugene Schwartz - a billion dollar copywriter - says UGLY COPYWRITING
is
the reason many of his "Control" letters lasted for 20 years or more.

Yes, we made book sales in 24 hrs.

And we got lots of Questions. (Proving in some cases - People Skim instead
of read your sales letter.)

So I Combined all the questions
and wrote this FAQ - Which has boosted
sales once again.

kept my Total Take Just short of 2000.00 - 1853.00 to be exact.)

bills in between?

(DEPENDS on the SIZE of the Bills.)

If you use the BUM’s system 7 days a week - at a really busy Gas Station
we’re talking 500.00 to 1000.00 a week. THE MORE (hi-traffic) Gas Stations
you visit - the higher your TAKE.

The Bum only does 3 really hi-traffic gas stations a day. (I tested and the
smaller locations aren’t worth your time.)
