What do you do if you don't know their name before hand?
You ask ? :D
Make call one the data mining call. Then call back ...
..or ..
Call and ask who the boss is ... and then ask "is he there" ... this works too and employees forget to do the "he is busy/not available dance" , because either he is there or he is not and if he is not then you get to know when he is present again.
